A person is satisfied when his stomach is filled with delicious variety of food, especially vegetarian. Because, when a person eats vegetarian food, it not only satisfis him physically, but mentally also. We, Gokul catering services, based in Pathanmthitta and been in this business of catering fine classy vegetarian food since 1994. Our specialisation is providing out-door caterings especially pure vegetarian lunch(Sadhya) for marriages. We also cater for parties for various cultural and social functions. If we take a retrospective look at the “Sadhya” of about 30 years back, it was restricted to 4 or 5 dishes(curries), rice, a side chips(varaval), a banana, a pickle, pudding(made of rice and jaggery-sarkara), rassam and butter-milk. But due to continuous personal involvement in cooking and a lot of encouragements from the clients, Gokul Caterers developed the “Pallada Pradhaman” and added various new dishes which present day “Sadhya” represents. A plaintain leaf full of a dozen tasty dishes, 4 types of chips, 3 types of pickles and minimum two varieties of Payassams apart from rice,parippu, sambar, rasam and papadam.

Gokul Caterers is a modern, diverse kitchen, consisting of all the latest amenities and technologies where great food can be prepared for small group of people to large gatherings in a carefully controlled, hygienic environment. Gokul Caterers was established as a small scale unit in 1994 , when organized catering was still a fledgling industry .

Our traditional sadhya consists of a list of luscious items like rice, ghee and 9 different vegetable curries to go with it, mango, lemon pickle and inji curry to excite your taste buds, 2 varieties of freshly prepared chips and pappadoms to give you the crunch. We serve yummy buttermilk to gulp it down and to relax your tummy after all the excitement. Apart from the regular sadhya you can also select from the wide range of our special curries and sweets to make your sadhya even more special.

All our payasoms are prepared in the authentic way to give it that divine taste.
